Absolute Fun!

10 Minutes Past Too Late introduces us to a fun feisty female character that will take you on a wild explosive ride. Ms. Malone has done a wonderful job of creating a character that you want to dislike, but end up liking and rooting for. Lisa Munroe is not your typical run of the mill female character. Move over you "woe is me" protagonists. Make way for a sexy, funny, devilish in your face lead character. Lisa will have your mouth gapping open, your temperature rising all the while gently tickling your funny bone with a feather. If you're looking for a light, page turning read Ms. Malone delivers.Reviewed by Angela

When Enough should be Enough!

I found this book to be very intriguing. Throughout the story, the plot continued to thicken. It was a quick read, had short chapters, and a storyline that was intricately weaved by a stellar novelist. The characters were very real; Lisa is one you will love to hate, although, you will discover, even with all the hype, she manages to have a heart. Besides being entertaining, there are many lessons to be learned from this novel. Looks, money and success will never buy you happiness, just ask (?). Manipulating and plotting to destroy relationships will never put you on top, just ask (?). Me personally, I can't wait for Anika's next novel! Arguably the best book of the year

Ten minutes past too late is the best book that I've read all year. The way Ms. Malone was to make Lisa Munroe and all of the other characters in this book jumps off of the pages and into your mind is amazing. The author was able to make me not put this book down from beginning to the end and left me wanting to know more about the Munroe family. Thank you for the wonderful read Ms. Malone I look forward to your next book.

Must Read!!

This book was amazing for her first novel. I was very impressed with her work. The characters were so real. There are a lot of Lisa's out there. Darnel is a good man, men like him are hard to find. Mike, I'm sorry things had to happen that way, but see what happens when you meddle in things that aren't your business. Andre was keeping it real.I loved this book and would recommend it to avid book readers. I had to order it from my bookstore, but it was definitely well worth the wait.I wish Anika Malone the best of luck and I can't wait for the next book, by her.

Couldn't Put It Down

This was an excellent book. I can honestly say that the 3 hours it took me to read this debut novel was well worth it. I was just in awe of how real it seemed I have friends who go through this situation and its funny how different people handle them. Lisa just seemed so in control of everything, and to let it all possibly slip away. It was just amazing. Darnel was the man of my dreams, (why can't I meet a Darnel in my city!) I didn't like Mike. Even though he was a professional black man, charming, and sexy, I feel he went about everything the wrong way (all who read it know what I'm talking about:( My fellow book readers, go out and get this non stop roller coaster of a ride debut novel from a author who knows her thing. I am patiently waiting on the arrival of the next book, I just can't wait!!!!!!
