A little book for everyone

If you're facing some kind of stress, and who isn't these days, this book represents a useful purchase. It's only 176 pages, but there's a lot in those pages. Most of what you need is contained right here. There is good info on stress at work, stress with co-workers, stress with relatives, stress about goals, money and other key topics. The chapters are divided up so you can finish each one without getting stressed out in the process!
