Felicity O'Connel mentors an aspiring young pilot in the crystal blue skies over Oahu. 0749. After a long night of poker Captain Edward Peterson enjoys the tropical air as both he and his best friend contemplate a morning swim. 0750. Akio Ochi, his wife, young daughter and infant son walk along the beach, sand between their toes and joy within their hearts. 0751. Petty Officer Lawrence Michaels works off the previous night's transgressions as he swabs the deck on board the USS Arizona. 0752. Marilyn Fields helps patients begin their day in her first shift as a nurse at Schofield Barracks Hospital. 0753. April Smith, thousands of miles from home, muddles her way through a strange dream. 0754. Commander Makoto Watanabe pilots his Nakajima B5N2 Kate over the northern skies of Oahu. His Sakae Eleven radial engine powers the heavy bomber through the air as children play in the lush green below and a weathered picture of his wife flutters on his instrument panel.
