maanav sabhyata ka itihaas keval raajanaitik utthaan-patan ya aarthik parivartan kee katha nahin hai; yah moolatah manushy ke bheetar hone vaale bauddhik, aadhyaatmik aur saamaajik roopaantaranon kee yaatra hai. jab bhee manushy kee drshti sankeernata se uthakar samashti kee or jaatee hai, tab-tab nae yug ka aarambh hota hai. "punarnirmaan (rainaiw)" isee samashti-drshti ka aadhunik svaroop hai-ek aisee drshti jo vyakti, samaaj, graam, nagar, raashtr aur vishv-sabhee ko ek hee ekeekrt taane-baane mein dekhane kee kshamata vikasit karatee hai. yah granth un sabhee ke lie hai jo yah samajhana chaahate hain ki vaastavik parivartan keval naare, yojanaon ya neetiyon se nahin aata; parivartan tab aata hai jab manushy kee soch badalatee hai, usakee drshti vyaapak hotee hai aur usaka karm-bodh saty par aadhaarit hota hai. aaj bhaarat jis nirnaayak mod par khada hai, use keval aarthik unnati hee nahin, balki raashtreey bauddhik vikaas kee bhee aavashyakata hai. jab tak mastishk "vyashti" mein ataka rahega, tab tak "samashti" ka bhaarat nahin ban sakata. "punarnirmaan (rainaiw)" keval ek pustak nahin- yah ek aadhyaatmik, saamaajik aur raashtreey chetana ka ghoshanaapatr hai. yah us bhaarat kee yaatra hai- jahaan gaanv smaart honge, shahar sanvedanasheel honge, naagarik jaagarook honge, aur desh vishv ka agradoot hoga. yadi bhaarat ko unnati kee oonchaee chaahie, to sabase pahale mastishk ko unnat karana hoga- yahee is granth ka sandesh hai.
