I was born in a village called Saalaikkiramam in Sivagangai district. A beautiful village life. My father Murugesan and my mother Chitra gave birth to me. My younger brother Simson and my younger sister Jeyapriya were born along with me. My husband, Reuban, is the one who married me, and he has played a major role in the making of this poetry book.

From childhood, loneliness and books became my friends. Every time I finish writing a poem, a sense of achievement, happiness, and peace fills me. Perhaps it is because turning thoughts into lines is not that easy... or maybe because through those lines I can pour out my pains and my paths. I don't know

If I am able to share my thoughts and my feelings with all my dear readers, then that will be the true success of this effort - the success of a poet.

I have an extraordinary love for stories and poetry books. As I kept reading and reading, reading itself became lines. Lines turned into poems. Poems became a collection. Life itself is a beautiful book. My love for books inspired me to write one today.
