This book contains a roadmap for the challenges facing the current generations as they navigate the paths of life. In it, the author begins with a brief diagnosis of the reality and the challenges facing the generation. It is followed by a roadmap based on five pillars to change reality, be able to innovate, and achieve success in the future. The course of this book combines practical experiences with global intellectual trends in general, in order to achieve a conceptual framework on which the journey of change and creativity can be built. The author has brought together the two pages of this book based on his experiences over three decades as a university professor, dean of medicine, and founding president of the Saudi Association for Medical Education, in addition to his work in a number of senior academic leadership positions in a number of Saudi universities, and deals with twenty topics branching out from the five pillars with which the book begins, touching on the basic aspects of the encounter and interests of the young people of the generation.
