Addressing the issue of hope in today's world is a real challenge, particularly against the backdrop of the many crises that have marked the last decade. On 20 and 21 July 2025, speakers from a variety of backgrounds (business, the economic and social spheres, and academic research) gathered in V zelay to explore the question of hope from the perspectives of their respective disciplines and professional practices. This book presents all their contributions. They are organised around two main themes: the first focuses on education, youth and health, with immense challenges - such as career guidance and school drop-out rates. The second addresses the fields of economics and corporate life, given how difficult it seems today to conceive of collective hope within a fragile economic context. The dialogue between the contributions of 'practitioners' from the worlds of education and economics and those of philosophers and theologians seeks to outline the conditions and chart the paths towards a possible hope.
