Great read!

I recommend the entire Elsie Dinsmoore series for any girl second grade and up. They instill scripture and Christian values. I am a grandmother and I have enjoyed them. They are never boring! Each one leaves you wanting to read the next one.

Big hit at Christmas

Several years ago I bought volumns 1 and 2 of Elsie Dinsmore which were written in the 1800's. My granddaughter (age 11 now) loved them and I searched all over for them and finally found them online. She was thrilled at Christmas and now I know where to find hard to find books. Thanks so much. Grandma in Texas

The best so far!

Elsie grows up a lot in this book and her dreams come true.Well. some of them! She still has trouble all aaround her sometimes. I loved the surprises (a wedding - NOT elsie! ) she is getting older and I like that too. I'm a Christian girl too so it helps me to read a book like this. I love old fashion stories but they make sense to me today. Elsie is the BEST!

Great book!

You just fall in love with the main character and want all her dreams to come true! I feel like I am growing up with Elsie because she gets older in each book. I can't wait to read the next book.
