It provides a qualitative understanding of hydrologic processes and an introduction to methods for quantifying hydrologic parameters and processes. Good reference

This was a required textbook for one of my hydrology courses. It's a great addition to my library, good reference book.

I found this book to be a very good introduction to an important topic, suitable for undergraduate and graduate students.

A decent book that covers most part of hydrology. But it is lacking depth and the explanation is sometimes not clear

Environmental hydrology is an excellent text for undergraduate engineering students taking their first-course in hydrology. Now, as a practicing professional, I use this book regularly as a desk reference.
