Want to know a Secret... best kept Secret

This book had me on the edge of my seat.... highly recommended

Sweet treats and dark secrets

I always know when I start a Freida McFadden book that I cannot believe anyone, everyone has a dark secret, and there will be a big twist that shatters all that I thought was going on is wrong. It is super fun because I am always hooked, even if there are tons of toxic characters, unreliable narrators, and I hate everyone because I have to find out what happens next! And that certainly is the case with April and her popular baking show and the mysterious messages she is getting, hinting a secrets she wants to keep hiding (and it is not about the secrets about her yummy baking! Though they did make me want to do a batch of cookies. :) ) Add in a new neighbor with a kid to play with her son, Bobby, a no nonsense all business best friend, and a husband who may be doing something naughty at the office, and you have a compelling twisty read of a quiet neighborhood about to erupt! And maybe a dead body, or 'accidents' and of course delish treats! I must say I have enjoyed all of the Frieda McFadden books I can get my hands on with those shocking reveals and Want to Know a Secret was just as much fun! I am so glad I got the chance to read this psychological thriller and do recommend it for a compelling read that is impossible to put down.
