No Dust Jacket

Bought the very good condition book that had a picture showing the cover and nothing in the description stated that the book would come without it. Got the book today and no cover jacket, bare hardback cover. This info should be required for all the hardback books. I have ALL the other books with the covers and only this one without and because I paid less than $15 the return policy says I have to just eat the cost. The rest of the book is in great condition but if I had known it didn’t have the cover I would have bought a different one.

The pages are in good shape, but the jacket cover is missing. if I would have known that I would not have gotten it.

“New” favorite

While this final installment in the series was a bit more serious to start - it had a lot to set up and some new characters to introduce - I thought it was very well done. By the end, there were definitely some things intentionally left open, but I think that was to prod you to read through The Infernal Devices and The Dark Artifacts series. However, if you essentially want to wrap up The Mortal Instruments with these characters and this story line, it’s well worth the time. So many twists and turns I didn’t see coming. The book itself was in great condition. Had its book jacket and the corners of the hard cover were only slightly bumped. Just goes to show the previous owner took great care before rehoming it.
