An excellent resource on Community Building

I really enjoyed this book on Community Building that has usefulness in many settings besides the business context. The article format of this book makes it extremely easy to read. I enjoyed Gozdz's article the best. He successfully constructs a holistic model (i.e., the mind, body and spiritual aspects) of community building.
