Great for any level of spiritual growth

All right, perhaps "any" level is a bit of an exaggeration, but certainly this book will take someone from the earliest steps to a fairly advanced stage of growth and learning. There is a great deal packed into this book, and I would advise a reader to take it at his or her own pace, gravitating to what feels right at the moment and revisiting the book again and again as time goes on. The charts in the back of the book are particularly helpful, as is the detailed Journey around the Universe chapter, which guides the reader through the different spiritual planes. Overall, the book is a terrific summary of the different types of spirit guides, how to reach them, and how to work with them.
