Practical, insightful, but lacks depth

Very helpful in providing the reader with a "50,000 foot view" of the issues related to managing family businesses. The book falls short by not providing any case studies or detailed examples for readers that want to get to a deeper level of understanding. Though this book touches many real issues, it only scratches the surface and I came away feeling like I just read a cheap self-help manual.
