This is a must read for anyone!

With several examples this book gives you a LOT to think about when it comes to deciding what to do for your medical care. It gives details on the kind of things many of us would overlook but need to decide upon should we not be able to communicate our wishes and/or leaves no guess work to those who may have to make decisions for us when we can't.
