Good stuff

I purchased this to go along with the Philip Yancey "What's So Amazing About Grace" study that my ladies group is doing right now. We've only completed 2 weeks worth, but I am really enjoying it. I did read the "What's So Amazing about Grace" book several years ago (couldn't put it down at the beach). It is a great book!

Practical and thoughtful reading

Yancey draws wisdom from multiple sources to bring this practical and thoughtful book to his readers. His insight was profound, and I have given this book to many friends as a result. I agree that grace is the glue we need to heal broken lives.

I thought that this book was very informative and insightful. It presented many good points in common areas of Christian lives and our present lack of grace.

Appreciate the honest escape this book provides

I read this book over a long Christmas break and it was the perfect book for the season. Grace is an amazing thing and Mr. Yancey captures it so well in his words. Mr. Yancey's writing style is very comforting like a good conversation. I recommend this both as something to read and something to give as a gift to someone that needs a reminder of the good in this world.

Life Altering

There are books that come along that make a difference in our lives, but this "takes the cake"! I feel my life will never be the same after reading his insights into Grace and the challenge we have before us as Christians.
