Great Book!

From my opinion this is the best book for those of us who are confused on the use of our financial calculator. It is a 100% practical book with 186 pages of step by step keystrokes followed by a 215 question workbook with answers. The book supports the following calculators with their specific keystrokes: HP 17BII HP 12C HP 10BII TI BA II Plus Sharp EL 733A I used this book to prepare for my Certified Financial Planning (CFP) exam and it was perfect. I used the 5th edition version and I'm not sure what has been added since the 4th edition. Time Value of Money (PV, FV, PMT, I, N) IRR Annuities Mortgages Retirement Needs Analysis Bond Calculations (YTM, YTC, Duration, Sharpe, Treynor & Jensen) Weighted Avg Return Standard Deviation Valuation Models Real Estate Direct Capitalization *** This book might be hard to find but it is worth every penny when you find it ***
