Great Product

I received the product in a timely manner and was able to track the shipment easily with the tracking number from the seller. The product was in perfect condition. I would buy from this seller again.

Required Reading

The price for any commodity is relative. Buying four other books instead of this one will sum to a comparable cost--$80--without providing you the book to learn about your target subject-matter. Do not be mislead by show-off reviewers: stick with the real thing. If you want to be introduced to the subject of political organization, read this book rather than impressionistic glamour books.

Clearly-written and accessible to undergraduates, without a lot of the dumbed-down, feel-good blather that mars so many textbooks. The text appears to be suffering from mission creep -- new editions are getting bigger, heavier, and more expensive. Summer Doctor

Charles H. Knickerbocker writes about his professional and personal experience on a coast off Maine in form of a novel. His fictional Daniel van Dine M.D. is a nonconformist with a keen sense of history and rather strong religious inclinations. This medical doctor feels that a deeply personal doctor-patient relationship is far more important than medical progress. The reader will meet a much married millionaire, a fisherman, an anthropologist, a violent artist,, a displaced cleric, a woman fashion editor, an ex-chorus girl, a spinster librarian, a gin loving Indian midwife, and an unusual adolescent. This novel comes to conclusions which will be of interest to doctors and patients. In addition, the doctor also owns a dog named Slob. All this makes for interesting reading.
