I've been searching for this book!

This is one of my absolute favorite books. It is short and simple but perfectly balanced: it teaches an important lesson without being preachy or judgmental, and who doesn't love fairy-tale princesses and dragons? The illustrations are beautiful. I am thrilled to have found copies here, and will be stocking up for gift-giving.

Such a rare find!

The illustrations are fantastic and the story beautifully told. My sister-in-law found this hardback edition in a local Goodwill. My 6 year old daughter thanks her everyday! You can read this over and over to your children and never get tired of it.
