Excellent transition services book

This book was assigned to me for a course, but I am really glad I got it. It is a great resource about transition services and how educators, teachers, and community members can support individuals with disabilities. It was very eye-opening and a book that I will definitely keep handy. A must for all Education Specialists and families with members with special needs.
