Great Textbook

This is a great textbook for an undergraduate marketing course. It's very straight forward. It's easy reading as far as textbooks go compared to other long-winded authors I have read in the past.

Good book

I am still reading this book for a Consumer Behavior class I am taking. It is well written and very colorful, almost like an expensive magazine. Can't say much more before I finish reading it. My professor recommended it and I trust her judgement.
