Mystery and romance without graphic sex and violence

Murder prys open family secrets as 30-something siblings mix loyalty and frustration in the early 1950's. Add a war-wounded policeman on the trail of his old boss's killer and you have satisfying story I have read three times since I was a teen (I am 65).

this book has been one of my all time favorites. it is an excellent story and mystery. i recommend this book; you will really enjoy it
