I'll never take sleep for granted again

This book is truly eye opening about the importance of sleep. The potential risks of chronic sleep deprivation are terrifying and extend to so many different areas of my life that I didn't even think were connected to sleep, and the benefits of an abundance of sleep are way more numerous than I realized. I'll never look at sleep the same way again. I highly recommend this book to anyone who feels like they're always a little (or a lot) tired
