I'm pretty sure I received a biohazard. EDITED FROM 1 STAR TO 4 FOR HOW IT WAS HANDLED

EDIT: I contacted customer service, and they sent a replacement, free of charge and free of ick. The copy came in excellent condition, and was in working condition. Original: Case came busted in half, and the underbelly of the disc was covered in scratches and some sort of substance that I assume was spilled on it. Will say, I have ordered a lot of books and some movies from this site and this is the only time I have been upset.
