I disagree with the previous review

I found it colorful and entertaining. If the other reviewer was looking for a cookbook, no, this isn't it, but it describes many types of sausage and how they are made. This was one of the last things Mr. Gehman wrote; I understand he was extremely prolific in the 50s and 60s and died way too young, in 1971.
