Excellent

I have recently, as an adult in my mid-forties, made a dramatic change by reading for up to seven hours a day. The books are demanding. I wanted to know the reason for the fatigue that I had recently experienced. This book, in its scientific method, explained in layman terms, gave me many answers in addition to suggestions on how to improve the method of reading. The books that I am reading are classics, many of which I have enjoyed. This book was not written in the computer age so I have had to consider the harm caused by the white screen. However, the principles suggested can be applied.
