It's about time (READ THIS ANTHOLOGY!!!)...

This book gave birth to my interest in Latino literature. An absolute must for the literature section of any high school library, for any Latinos or for any one with a love of literature. As close to my own heart as African-American literature. Details the struggle of Latinos with short stories and poetry, that begins at the heart of the Latino conscience.
