I bought this book thinking I would find Indian vegetarian recipes; I was very wrong.

Pages 1 through 76 of this book covers the health and meatless diet and points out the negative effects of consuming meat.
Pages 77 through 158 of this book are where you find all the recipes:
-Two Italian dinner categories recipes.
-Two Indian dinner categories recipes.
-Two Chinese dinner categories recipes.
-One French dinner category recipes.
-One Mexican dinner category recipes.
-One Middle Eastern dinner category recipes.
-Various vegetable and side dishes recipes.
The book is pocket size and would not be practical to carry with you in the kitchen. No pictures are provided for the recipes and the cooking instructions are not in detail; very short sentences.
As an avid home cook, I do not recommend this book for your library. I threw mine in the fireplace.
