HISTORICAL ROMANCE FANS WILL RELISH THIS

Fans of Catherine Coulter's Bride series will be delighted to hear the vixen/innocent Sophia come alive through this accomplished reading by British native Anne Flosnik. Listeners will be more than entertained by her articulate performance as she brings a cast of disparate characters to life. As many remember, the Bride series began with the Sherbrooke Bride in which we met Douglas Sherbrooke, the Earl of Northcliffe. Tall, dark, and handsome? Of course, as is Ryder Sherbrooke whom we meet in The Hellion Bride. He's a lady killer if there ever was one. A typical love 'em and leave `em type who is used to having the gentler sex melt before him. Now, gentler sex is not a description one thinks of in regard to Sophia. While she's not yet 20, she's apparently a woman of the world who is used to having her own way. Gossips say that at her tender age she already has three lovers. She lives in Jamaica, home of the Sherbrooke Sugar Plantation. Ryder has come to the Plantation to put an end to rumors of supernatural goings-on. This book is worth 7 stars

Ms. Coulter made me inevitably fall in love with the 2 main characters. I could hardly put it down. The story was wonderful. Don't hesitate to purchase this title. All I want is "Catherine Coulter" on the cover to make me purchase this book. I purchase all other 3 books in the Bride series immediately after finishing this one.

WOW!

I fell in love with Ryder Sherbrooke in this book. I couldn't put this novel down. Once I completed the first novel in the trilogy I couldn't wait for the second, and Ryder is every girls dream come true. I have read many Catherine Coulter books and this is one of my favourites.

ONE OF COULTER'S BEST!!!!!

CATHERINE COULTER HAS DONE IT AGAIN!!! The hellion bride was one of the best we've read. The book is full of everything we've came to love and expect from Coulters work, mystery , humor, and downright sexual passion. This book should have been the conclusion to the brides trilogy, it surpassed the other two books by leaps and bounds.
