An awesome return

The Gilded Hour is a highly anticipated return of some great characters and a great depiction of the time period. Beautifully written. Sara Donati is an excellent writer!!

Excellent book. Captures New York City of that particular time and illustrates all the prejudices that existed then. Particularly the ill treatment of women and unwanted pregnancies. Four star.
