Nearly Impossible To Do All These Things. And Very Expensive.

Yes, there are isolated examples of success. And also a very high failure (or exhaustion) rate. Where the main problem is something like mercury amalgams or poor oral health or mycotoxins or herbicide/pesticide exposure, it seems one can get away with addressing primarily only those issues. Otherwise, only people with the willingness to make this a full-time job (check out Julie G's daily routine, pages 220-225 of hardcover book) and to give up many of the things that make life worth living; and who can afford $300+ in monthly supplements and specialty doctors who tend to charge $600 an hour and will recommend $400+ diagnostic tests typically not covered by insurance-- really stand a chance at improvement. I tend to steer people away from signing up with Apollo Health because there is very little added value. Their 50-page "ReCode report" is just a color-coded summary of your bloodwork & risk factors, with all but a few pages boilerplate lifestyle advice & recommendations for (loads and loads of) LifeSeasons supplements. They have also recently become very aggressive with billing, and it's nearly impossible to get out once you've signed up. Caveat emptor
