I started this book in Atlanta, read on the plane, finished it the next day. I loved it! It opens your mind, lightly tells you what you are doing wrong and helps you come to a wy to fix the problems on your own. I love how it reads. I gave this book to the women on my team because it helps you to become a leader, by helping mind and brain. I can't say enough about it. All new recruits into my team will be getting this book.
