I have heard of Steiner Sports for many years and have even bought signed memorabilia from them. I decided to pick up this book and I actually had fun reading it. Not only did I love hearing the behind the scene stories about the athletes but owning a small trucking company I'm going to apply a lot of Brandon Steiner's theories to help grow my business. Highly recommended.

Steiners sports team oriented approach to management is an awakening for those that get caught up in "Big Picture"and ultimately end up forgeting all of the small blockingand tackling details that make a business successfulin all economic environments. Are we putting our people ina position to win? Do we have a plan and are we communicating the plan? Are we paying attention to our customer's needno matter how small or large they are. The book entertainswith anecdotes from Athletes and Steiner. A refreshing, insightful quick read that provides applicable insightto any type of business.
