Perfect choice for toddler story time or lap time

I have just discovered Kate Toms and have become an instant fan. Perhaps my favorite in her amazing collection is The Bear Who Dares. Even though it is small in size, it is a great choice for reading aloud to a group of toddlers. The illustrations are cute and vibrant, and at one sentence or question per page, it's the perfect length for your most squiggly toddler group. The text flows nicely, but it is the stitched illustrations that are going to generate lots of requests for repeats. This is a great book packed with energy that's perfect for a little toddler who dares. Recommended.

We LOVE Kate Toms' books!!

We have about 4 in her collection and love them all. The beautiful hand-stitched pages are what drew me to them....but the stories are equally as great! We look forward to building our Kate Toms collection.
