Gorgeous and Thought provoking

I have been using this beautiful book to begin my knitting sessions. Each photo and the text inspire my thoughts. I keep the book propped open in front of me as I work. As a designer, this sort of meditation enables my creativity in a wondrous fashion. I recommend it to anyone who needs a boost in down times or good times that is quick to read, but lasting in meaning.

Beautiful for meditation & reflection

The photos accompanying each reflection are beautiful. The reflections themselves are short and meaningful. Each provides wonderful material for a period of silence and thoughtfulness. I find that spending time reflecting on a single passage before starting my day is an incredible way to stay more awake and conscious throughout the day.
