A BOOK TO HAVE AND USE FOREVER

I purchased this book about 5 years ago. Whenever I am in a slump or not in a positive spot in my life, this is the book I pick up that always changes my thought process. This is packed with real stories of how people transformed their lives by their thoughts and visualization. It is tremendously powerful! It makes you realize how powerful your mind is. Even if you have only 5 minutes to read, you can take advantage of the stories in here. They are short and to the point! I highly recommend it!

Excellent book. Puts God first.

I am on my third Joseph Murphy book. I honestly believe that God led me to his first book, "The Power of the Subconscious Mind". I was raised Southern Baptist and always thought of God as something to be feared, that I was to be punished for all my sin, that we were here to endure trials. The Bible does talk about God's wrath and punishment for sin, but it also talks about God's mercy and His wish for us to live life abundantly. Mr. Murphy's books focuses on that part of God. I haven't had any miracles happen during the time I have been reading his books, but I have learned to stop worrying, hence my health has improved. I have started to forgive others and to forgive myself. I don't question if God wants to bless me anymore before I pray, I now know that He wants to bless me. My faith in God is growing. I also like the fact that Mr. Murphy only mentions one God and quotes from the one and only Bible, not like some of these new age writers that recognize all religions.

this book help me to get a new prespective on life

I was introduced to this work when I was in vocational school I read some of the ideas and following the suggestions I made my first grade of 100. Needless to say I was hooked on these books, the powerful writing in this very special person this is very inspiring to many people who read this book that why i give this book a 5* thank you
