I have to say...

This book is for the home baker. I love cookie books/recipes. I love cookies. Next to pies, especially cherry, I love a great cookie. I was a bit dissapointed in this book because I had recently recieved the book Cookies! A cookie Lovers Collection and I loved it. I also own Biggest Book of Cookies by Home and Garden. Many of the recipes that are in this book are in the others. It's just the same thing again. Well... I took a chance and ended up with the short end of the stick. It really is a great book, especially if you do not own the previous two books. You will be satisfied with the new recipes in this book -- there are no chocolate chip; oatmeal; traditional cookies here. So if it is variety that you are looking for you will be happy. Wonderful book.......something for every taste

This book has been hard to find. Don't know if that's due to popularity or something else, but after skimming a friends' copy, I knew I wanted it. Bright colorful pictures and lots of 'em, and a huge variety of cookie recipes for every taste and occasion. As an avid baker I am always on the lookout for new recipes that aren't the same old chocolate chip and sugar cookies and this book didn't disappoint. Taste of Home's magazine has become bland, repetetive and no longer appealing, so their collection books are where you'll want to spend your money.

Cookies Galore!!!

This book is full of great recipes for all skill levels and tastes. Lots of enticing photos too. I am looking forward to baking quite a few variations for Christmas.
