Dr Airola is not alive anymore, but his writings from almost 20 years ago, are full of good sense. If the most healthy people on earth eats certain food, there must be a good reason. I was surpriced by the very healthy swedish lifestyle, the use of yogurth, whey, rose hips, sauna, seems to be the key for good health. Very easy and pleasant reading.
