infinite changes

Sacrifice falls between Identity Crisis and Infinite Crises--the major storyline DC created that year. Superman is taken over by Max Lord and made to believe he is fighting his worst enemies, though that is not the case in reality. It's a story of what would happen if Superman lost control. And it changes things in the DC universe, especially Wonder Woman. And just where will it all go from here?

This Goes Well with Infinite Crisis Comics!

This comic was fun to read not to mention it was the countdown to infinite crisis. This comic was the sold-out story when it came out I believe. The part were superman and wonder woman fight shows who is the strongest DC charcter and wonder woman kills max lord by breaking his neck. This comic shows that superman was taken over maxwell lord and convincing that brainiac, darkseid, and ruin are threatning his loved ones, but turns out he's almost killing batman.I didn't know batman could take it when superman heat visioned him and that could nearly kill him.Even though superman's the powerfulest hero and can't be killed, sometimes he can be under someone's control. It almost fits with infinite crisis stuff.I'm not sure if this was the sold-out story, but I'm sure it is.This comic is highly recommended.

A Great Superman Story!!!!!!!!

I just finished this story today and it was a very good story. The story made sense and to the fact that it makes a good superman story. It had lots of action in it and two of superman's enemies were in it.Superman was the main charcter in this story and the ending was a nice saying:What would superman do?.I think this comic is good comparing it with other superman comic books and I have collected different superman comic books and I am going to get new ones pretty soon and after all,I am a huge superman fan. This superman comic book is recommended to any superman fan.

Superman almost kills the beautiful Wonderwoman

This book is an infinite crisis crossover and does have a few pages that are actually page-for-page right out of the graphic novel OMAC Project. Maxwell Lord has somehow taken control of superman's mind and he can control superman. He then forces superman to kill Wonderwoman. The problem is that he tells Wonderwoman that he will NEVER give up his control of Superman. So he is basically telling her either Superman will kill you and I will continue to control him, or you will kill Superman and end my control of Superman. So which option does Wonderwoman choose? You'd be surprised! She chooses option #3 which by the way, is exactly what I would have done!!!

The reviews before mine are talking about a different Superman GN

Okay, now I have yet to read Superman: The Journey, but from the premises I read from different comic book websites, this is definately NOT the book the two reviewers underneath read. They are talking about Superman: Sacrifice (Countdown to Infinite Crisis), NOT Superman: The Journey. I just wanted that to be known.
