Excellent Holistic Book

This wonderful book approaches stewardship from an eternal perspective. It gives insight on how to live a fulfilled life. Such a life of satisfied achievement grows out of spending time with Jesus in pryaer. An adventuresome life is available to anyone who taps into the essence of the life giver, i.e., it's reached by abiding in Jesus. Dr. Cook talks about a prerequisite to goal attainment is ascertaining which goals are of God by spending time in His presence. Everyone has trouble. Cook tells you how to use it to your advantage. Troubles provide opportunities for God to act on our behalf. Furthermore, troubles allow one to develop character. "Faith" and "believe" appear in the New Testament 485 times he tells us. Consequently with such emphasis, one can develop the areas where maximum results can be found.

THE Personal Improvement Book

I have been recommending this book for 14 years for Christians and non Christians alike. It explains our purpose for being, our work and how we should view "success". It is concise, clear and like the Bible, it is filled with great depth and meaning. As an entreprenuer, I have had my business ups and downs and the wisdom in this book helps to keep me grounded no matter which way the business wind blows. Don't let the small size fool you - it is one POWERFUL book!

Success, Motivation and the Scriptures

If ever a book on motivation was written, this is second only to the Bible, Word of God, itself. WOW! This book nails it down and makes it so easy to understand. Just like the Word of God though it only works when one applys it to life. I have recommended this book to friends and my book is making the rounds now. I've used quotes from "Success, Motivation and the Scriptures" in aiding my leading of Bible Study groups. I highly recommend this reading to everyone and I can only pray that it touches your life as it has mine.
