Exciting, Not To Mention Spell-Binding

This book takes DJ and the whole town she lives in located in southern California, for tons of rain and storms with hurricane-like winds. Just when it seems that the rain will never stop, DJ's invited to go spend the weekend at her biological father's horse ranch. When she arrives, she gets to meet some of the newly born foals in her father's barns. But the night turns into nothing promising as a mare foals a weak filly that cannot stand as the river that's located right by where her dad lives, starts to overflow its banks. DJ takes the filly and her mother to the garage and free all the other horses that she knows will instinctively run up to the house, which was buildt on higher ground. The horses are safe-or are they? DJ's in for an exhilarating night. This book was packed with the suspense that kept me turning the pages. The vivid pictures of the foals that Snelling describes excellently seem so real, as well as reading about how much tribulation flooding can cause. This was a great book. I reccommend it to anybody who's been reading the series. (The books don't make much sense if you don't read them in order.)

This book was soooo good! I loved it so much! Everything was so thrilling, and it had heaps of thrilling surprises! The storm was pretty scary to. I highly recomend these fabulous books! I hope Lauraine still keeps writing them, even though Class Act is the last! You MUST get the WHOLE series, they are VERY addictive, especially if u love HORSES!

I Love the High Hurdles Series!

I love this series, and I hope that Lauraine Snelling writes a lot of High Hurdles books. This book is one of the best in the series and I highly recommend it!

A Hoppy great book!!

This book is great!! DJ gets a chance to spend some time with her real father and while she is there a storm treatends to flood everything, and when it starts raining a mare is about to give birth. This book is great I love this searies ( don,t mind my spelling)

This book is AWSOME!

I love this series and it is my favorite series out of 20! I love this author because I also read her other series. I hope she writes more, more, more, and more of these great books! I really like this book because it is serious, but still very funny in some parts. Also because it is realistic. I have to read about girls, horses, and it has to be realistic so these books put it all in one.
