Excellent!

Covers what ADD/ADHD is, brain chemistry, allergies, ritalin, amino acids, sugar, essential fatty acids, vitamin deficiencies and much more. This book is written by Ph.D.s and is very organized and detailed for such a quick read. I especially liked the section that explains the nerve cells and neurotransmitters with pictures. Easy for the layman to understand. If you can't find this book, I got mine at Whole Foods health food store.
