Ordered the 17th edition. Received the 5th edition

We ordered the 17th edition. Received the 5th edition - not even close. My son didn't realize it until he turned in his 1st assignment and the professor told him it was the wrong case study. They looked at the book together and it was the wrong edition. Not happy.

Smith and Roberson's Business Law = excellent

The book is in excellent shape and I can use it for two of my required classes. It is very helpful.

Great!

The delivery speed was great, I received the book in less than seven days. The book was like new. I'm glad I ordered it when I did.

good quality book for class

i bought this book for a Business law class that I am currently enrolled in, and so far it has held up to my expectations of a law text. the seller was very prompt and the book came in near perfect condition.

Business Law-Smith and Roberson

This book is well-organized and written. It covers the majorsubject areas for the CPA exam thoroughly. There is more thanadequate treatment in the areas of contract law, salestransactions, agency, partnerships, corporate formation andthe minor subject areas of the CPA examination. There is goodcoverage of legal foundations with ample exercises to developthe legal concepts presented. This work should be retained foruse as a reference guide. In addition, it is easy to read and understand.

Concise, and usually accurate, with good examples

A good overview of US law. There are issues which are matters of opinion and not explained well enough (ex. ethics), and perhaps needn't be addressed at all in a law book. The examples and the references make it a worthy purchase overall.
