Packed with information that any couple who needs to recharge their sex life needs. Clinical where it needs to be, yet very easy to understand!

Simple attitude changes = GREAT SEX!!!

With a few simple attitude changes that this book recommends (and I mean SIMPLE!), our sex life has truly changed and is now the best we've ever had - even though we are both in our early seventies! Thanks Drs. Seiden and Bilett for being bold enough to write this book.

This book talks about the human animal and its normal state of being sexual until the day of its death. Now with most of us reaching advanced years, we wonder if we still should engage in such activities. We wonder if it is wise or maybe even safe!!! It is - Drs. Seiden (MD) and Bilett (PhD) talk about the entire subject from where these myths started to what danger signs to look out for in case you are unhealthy. But for most of us, it is a glorious affirmation that this part of our lives should and needs to continue long into our Golden Years!!!
