Great book but it's the same as "Hope and Help For Your Nerves" from the publisher Signet. Apparently this (pink flower cover) is the UK edition. H & HFYN with the green cover is the U.S. version. Basically same content (the U.S. edition has a couple more chapters).

The best book on the subject!

If you are plagued with panic attacks and symptoms of stress (palpitations, heart murmurs, unexplained dizziness, etc.) then this is the book for you. All the other self-help manuals and schemes seem to be based upon the very simple advice imparted by this little book. Take the advice from this book to heart and soon you will be on the road to recovery.
