Succint and accurate based on real life experience

This book gives a great overview of how women who have chosen different life paths approach and deal with midlife. I found it a very accurate reflection of my own experience and that of friends with different life experiences to date. Instead of treating midlife as a "crisis", this book helps you redefine it as the opportunity it presents.
