Great book. Order was incomplete though.

I've been after this book for a while. It's one of the bibles of Emergency medicine, excellent resource. It's more complete than tintinalli as reference material, sort of like the Harrison of ERM. Unfortunately I only got one tome, even when I ordered and payed for the 2 vol set.
