Another slam dunk in shutting down the critics

This book was great. Not only because it presents very useful and insightful evidences for the Book of Mormon's authenticity, but because it is easy to read. I finished it in about six hours. So it was not some lagging and repetitive book, it was precise and to the point. Now, as for content, this book was brilliant. There are many new evidences that are being found in Mesoamerica that indeed vindicate and authenticate the Book of Mormon and subsequently Joseph Smith's prophetic calling. And the scholarship is fresh and new. These are findings that have been made in the last decade, so the evidences are relatively new. But hey, any evidence is good evidence, right? But anyways, this book was also good because it tackled and showed the flaws in the several alternate "theories" in the Book of Mormon's production, including the Spalding Theory, the View of the Hebrews Theory and the Grab Bag theory. In it, Mr. Griffith shows how there are so many things that are flawed in these "theories" and demonstrate how easy it is to use the double standard that so many anti-Mormon critics use. He shows in this book how there are so many double standards that are being used against the Book of Mormon but not the Bible. And Mr. Griffith shows, based on new findings, how the so called "anachronisms" in the Book of Mormon are not anachronisms at all. So this was a well rounded and essential read that shows more and more evidence for authenticating Joseph's claims. And as I always say, the very fact that this book is around and that there are any evidences at all for Joseph just goes to show you that there is still credibility in the Prophet's claims. "Millions shall know Brother Joseph again. Hail to the Prophet!"
