Introduction to six sigma

This is a very short story. It did take me about 1hour to read it all. Nevertheless it does cover some of the good reasons to use Six Sigma and many of the conflicts with conventional management. Interesting for people who have no idea about six sigma or want an example on how it could help to change a company.

Finally, an Accessible, Engaging Explanation of Six Sigma

Most of the books I've read on Six Sigma are your typical dry textbooks that are usually poorly structured, too wordy, and hardly engaging."Whose Fault Is It Anyway?" is a totally different approach and it works! Reading a story about a service company attempting to implement Six Sigma is engrossing and easy to understand. I particularly liked the way one-page explanations of Six Sigma concepts and the DMAIC process are interspersed throughout the book.Though I've been using Rath & Strong's "Six Sigma Pocket Guide" for several years, I'd recommend reading this book first and then reading their "Six Sigma Pocket Guide" for more detail.

A Six Sigma book for the masses
