Great little reference for those without much time to make dinner

I have tried many of the recipes in this cookbook and have found them to be easy and good. Most of the recipes call for ingredients that could be found in the average pantry with a few healthy vegetables and meat added. They provide a picture for each dish, which is what I ordinarly base my recipe selection upon. I just flip open the book until I find something that hits the spot.
